Separately, our firm manages the appraisal process for several clients who are contracted with the HUD CWOTC and HECM programs for default FHA loan portfolios. We specifically managed the appraisal process and delivered in excess of 20,000 FHA REO appraisals between 2014 and 2015.
We have completed 50,000+ FHA HUD complaint appraisals, always in accordance with the latest HUD mortgagee letter or release additions to HUD’s Handbook for government insured properties.
In conjunction with our subcontracting partners, we have completed over 200 appraisal assignments for various state and local land conservation programs and completed approximately 148 areawide market analysis reports for the NRCS in the last 6 years in over 30 states.
